Our stay at this incredible penthouse was absolutely mind-blowing! The place was spotlessly clean and had a super comfortable design that made us feel right at home. We were so sad that we only stayed for one night, but we're already planning to come back for more nights and definitely try out the one with the balcony! The balcony was our favorite spot, with a jacuzzi and sauna that provided a romantic atmosphere, while the stunning view of the city lights and KL Tower left us jaw-dropped. The staff, Ck and Eric, were amazing and arranged a memorable tour to the elephant sanctuary. They also gave us excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. We can't thank them enough for their great hospitality. The penthouse itself had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area, to free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and even an outdoor dining area. We truly had an amazing experience and it was definitely suitable for families as well.

The room was absolutely amazing! The view of the KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers from the sky deck was breathtaking. The kitchenette was a great addition, with a full-sized refrigerator and oven. It made it easy for me to cook my own meals. The free WiFi in the room was a huge bonus. I could stay connected and share my travel experiences with friends and family. The private bathroom was clean and had all the essentials, including a refreshing shower and complimentary toiletries. The separate dining and living areas in the suite allowed me to have my own space and made the room feel more spacious. I also appreciated that I could request rollaway/extra beds if needed. It was convenient for accommodating extra guests. The memory foam bed was so comfortable. I had a great night's sleep every night.

I didn't have a balcony in my suite, which was a bit disappointing.

We loved the top-floor Skydeck with its jacuzzi, shower, and seating areas. the view of KL Tower and Jln TAR was amazing. It was perfect for our birthday party!

Nothing could have been better.

Great balcony and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. the view from the room was amazing, offering a breathtaking panorama of the city. the location was ideal, within walking distance of popular attractions. It made exploring the city much easier.

The amenities were lacking, especially considering the high price of the apartment. the living room was small and cramped compared to other residences.

The location of this accommodation is exceptional, right in the heart of the city centre. You can easily walk to the best local restaurants and even to Hard Rock cafe. The view from the room is stunning. The staff, especially the lady wearing a turban, were very sweet and helpful. They even helped carry my belongings as I was pregnant and had a clingy 1-year-old. The room had a well-equipped kitchen and a large fridge, and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

One downside was the expensive parking, costing MYR50 for a day. The carpark was also narrow and caused some scratches on vehicles.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and luxurious presidential suite offering stunning city views from the rooftop terrace. The location was convenient, with a mini market and 7 Eleven nearby, and the staff, especially Ck and Eric, went above and beyond to make our honeymoon perfect.

We had a sick time exploring the incredible Batu Caves and getting lost in the bustling streets of Bukit Bintang. The rooftop deck was dope for chilling and soaking up the epic city views. Best part?

The only bummer was that the penthouse could use a sick game room with pool tables or a mini bar where we can kick it and have some drinks with our crew. Just imagine the late-night party vibes!

I recently stayed at Penthouse Klcc for a relaxing getaway with my family. The service was excellent and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a truly peaceful stay. The location was great, with a nearby metro stop and easy access to cabs. Getting to the airport was a breeze using the KLekspress train. The views from the balcony were amazing and we loved having a washing machine and dryer in the room. It was also spacious enough for my family, with separate beds for the kids. The staff were really helpful and the small café downstairs served tasty sandwiches.
